Worst place to get your Audi towed to, after having a punctured tyre on the freeway:
- Nobody speaks English.
- They do not inform you on the costs + ordering and repair status.
- They installed 4 new Continental tyres that aren’t homologated for my type of car (RS4). Only Michelin & Pirelli are allowed.
- They charged me almost €450 per tyre, while the going rate for that tyre is €280-300,-. See attached picture for bill.
- They left my car parked along the main road for at least 4 days, while other garages park client cars inside or behind a fence.
I have issued a formal complaint, but no response up till now, hence this review & I forwarded the complaint to Audi NL & Audi Belgium.

5 months ago, I went to the service due to a malfunction on my A7 brand vehicle. They told me the alternator needed to be changed and I changed it. This process was done in 20 days. Now the alternator has failed again and they are telling me they can't do it for 3 weeks. 1. The lifespan of this part is only 5 months. They don't give it in the vehicle. .They have been victimizing me for exactly 2 months. I will file a complaint wherever necessary. .
